Propositioning sex is not flirting. Putting your arm around a woman isn’t flirting. Dick pics are not flirting. Putting your hand on their leg, the small of their back, on any part of a woman. Ignoring boundaries. These things are not flirting. Also, if you’re trying to flirt with someone who doesn’t want to flirt with you and you keep trying, that’s not flirting.
