“I Can't Believe Lizzo Was Allowed To Play That Flute!”
What a dang shame
I’ll be the first to say it. I didn't like Lizzo. I know little about her other than the parade of haters online who attack her physical appearance.
I don’t think she’s physically healthy, I disliked her demeanor on stage, and I didn’t like her music.
Well, I’m not being entirely honest.
I have NEVER watched a single thing of hers ever, I just followed the masses and rolled my eyes when her name was said, ignorantly. “Ugh, who cares about Lizzo?”
I didn’t even know that “About damn time” TikTok sound was her until before writing this article.
This is, in a way, an open apology letter to this star from a very judgmental stricken me.
Lizzo, my bad, do your thing!
The flute!
People are flooding social media because Lizzo played a 200-year-old crystal flute, previously owned by James Madison in 1813 given to him by the French flute maker, Claude Laurent.
Lizzo got a chance to flutter a few notes while twerking on stage. Let’s talk about Lizzo. She was homeless and living in her car. She is the walking definition of pursuing a dream no matter what.
